Arrival time
We kindly ask that you arrive about 15 minutes early for any appointment. This helps us complete your check-in smoothly and ensures we have everything we need to provide you with the best, personalized care.
Late arrival
Please arrive on time to get the full benefits of your treatment. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. If you’re running late, please call us as soon as possible.
Appointment cancelation
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in your $50 deposit being retained. These policies also apply to gift cards and certificates.
Payment
Got a gift card, voucher, or certificate? Be sure to mention it when you book an appointment. We take all major credit cards, but personal and traveler’s checks aren’t accepted. Just a heads-up: prepaid services and package deals can’t be refunded.
