Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role, customer service position, or within a medical/cosmetology practice setting.
Ability to be the "face" of the company. High level of professionalism, punctuality.
Excellent communication skills and proven ability to thrive in a multi-tasking environment. Must be adept at managing schedules, processing payments, and resolving client conflicts gracefully.
Proficient computer skills and experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and specialized scheduling software are required.
